Return Policy for Online Orders
Our return policy for orders placed online is 30 days from date of purchase with prior authorization. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the item(s) and quantity you would like to return. You will receive a full refund so long as the material is uncut and in re-sellable condition. No partial credit for material will be given. Shipping costs are not refundable. Product that returns to our facility in unsellable condition will not be credited.
Return Shipping for Online Orders
To return your product, please send to The Millwork Outlet, 4840 Beck Drive, Elkhart, Indiana 46516. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your return for your online order is approved for a refund, we will notify you via email along with the amount that will be applied back to your original form of payment (credit/debit card provided at point of purchase). This will be applied within 5-7 business days. We do not issue credit for shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives to you damaged or broken, please be sure to send us a picture of the issue along with the details of your order to sales@themillworkoutlet. If the product is unusable. we will ship a replacement out immediately, no charge to you.
