Poplar is a light colored hardwood with large variations of color ranging from white to green to purple. The preferred choice of painter's, Poplar can be painted or whitewashed to create a style all your own. Plus Poplar can be stained to look like other luxurious hardwoods such as Maple, Walnut and Cherry.
